The idea for AgentScore came from realizing that while websites are heavily optimized for search engines and human users, AI agents evaluate websites in a completely different way. As autonomous agents begin to research, compare, and even purchase products on behalf of users, we saw a clear gap: there was no way to measure whether a website is actually usable and understandable for AI. During this launch, our approach evolved from a simple concept into a structured scoring framework. By talking to SEOs, freelancers, and agencies, we refined what “agent readiness” really means and focused on creating a clear 0–100 score that turns a complex problem into actionable insights.
