Project Studio is a full timeline video editor in your browser. Five lanes: video, overlay, music, voiceover, text. Keyframe volume, opacity, scale and position by moving a slider. The AI editor works on the real timeline: animate a still, extend a shot from its last frame, bridge two clips, add a voiceover or a score. Normalize audio, master limiter, effects rack. Everything you make on AetherWave is already in your library. Editing and rendering are free.
Project Studio has 40+ transitions, and until this morning they were one long wall of buttons. Now they're grouped into labelled sections, so you can find the one you want without scrolling past everything else. (The new Flash transition lives in there too.)
A small change, but it's the one you touch on every cut.
The gift box is gone and the coin is in. That little gold coin at the top of every page is your free credits: tap it to see the open quests, finish one, and the credits land in your balance. The badge on the corner is how many quests are waiting for you right now. Nothing to buy. Go find the coin.
A camera-flash burst of white straight into your next clip. Unlike fade-to-white, which ramps up and back down, Flash hits instantly and decays fast, so a cut lands like a photo going off.
It's in the transitions picker now, and the AI editor knows it too, so you can just ask for a flash between two shots.
Shipped live on launch day. Try it and tell us how it looks in your edit.
Hey Product Hunt,
I'm Andrew, solo founder of AetherWave Studio.
AI video models got good this year. What did not get better is everything after the generation. You end up with a folder of six-second clips, a song, a voiceover, and no good place to turn them into one finished thing.
Project Studio is that place. It is a full timeline editor that runs in a browser tab:
- Five lanes: video, overlay, music, voiceover and text, so a music bed and a voiceover never fight for the same row.
- Park the playhead, move a slider, and you have a keyframe. Volume, opacity, scale, position and color all animate.
- An AI editor that works on the actual timeline, not beside it. Right-click a still and animate it in place. Right-click a shot and extend it from its last frame. Ask it to bridge two clips, write a voiceover, or score the whole piece.
- The audio is where I spent the most time. Normalize every clip to one even level in a click, EQ and compression per clip, and a limiter on the final mix so the export never clips.
- Everything you have made anywhere on AetherWave is already in your media library.
Editing and rendering are free. Renders run on our servers, so you can close the tab and the video will be waiting in your gallery. The AI generation tools use credits, and every dialog shows the price before you commit.
One honest note: it is built for a desktop browser. On a phone you will see a notice rather than a broken timeline.
There's a video walkthrough above and a full user manual if you want to go deep.
I rebuilt a lot of this after measuring the gap between what the preview showed and what the render produced, and I would love to know where you still find one. I am in the thread all day.
