Review of Lugg 2.0
I've used Lugg 5-10 times now, and it's definitely the best moving service out there. I couldn't recommend it enough. I've seen what Jordan & Eric have done during our yc batch and it's honestly incredible the level of product quality and customer experience they're able to deliver.

Review of Lugg 2.0
They delivered a fridge to my house and failed to remove the inside shelves and tape drawers closed causing the inside to get scratched, chipped and cracked. They never wrapped the fridge or secured the outside doors and this is only the beginning. When moving it, they dropped it damaging the outside and then laid the fridge on its side which is a big no no. All of this could have been prevented if our movers had BASIC moving skills.. .i.e. secure the doors and use a furniture moving dolly!!
