My cofounder, Iwo, and I started this project because we were tired of the "AI is going to steal your job" narrative. It's not helpful, and honestly, we didn't think it was accurate.
So about a year ago, we launched a research project to understand how knowledge workers are ACTUALLY using AI. We created an agent that conducted interviews with 2,100+ professionals across 75 countries - and the insights were eye-opening.
We started giving people free reports showing how they compared to their peers (which is still our free offering!). But here's what we kept hearing: "This is great, but what do I DO next?"
People want
Actionable plans, not just insights.
Relevance tailored to them, rather than a sea of information to slog through, finding generic suggestions.
To feel like they had agency over this technology instead of feeling like change was just happening TO them.
That's why we built AI Growth Guides. We want individuals to access the same level of strategic AI insights that were previously only available to companies who could afford Big Four consulting.
What we're most proud of? Helping people feel empowered rather than scared. Giving them command over AI instead of letting it feel like some mysterious force.
