How do you make slide presentations actually engaging when you’re not in the room? I’ve been thinking a lot about how ineffective it is to send slide decks as PDFs or videos — especially in sales, onboarding, or async updates. You never know how people are going to go through them, or if they’ll get the message the way you intended.
