What I love about this is that it solves the 'AI Cold Start' problem for Bharat. A Kirana shopkeeper or a local Pharmacy owner doesn't know what a 'good ad' looks like, and they certainly don't want to learn how to write complex prompts.
I’ve been thinking about how to take this 'No-Prompt' vision to the next level:
Industry-Specific UI: Moving from prompts to buttons(or voice prompts) like 'I am a Tailor' -> 'I want to Announce Sale.'
Local Dialects: Using AI to generate copy in authentic local styles (like 'Tapri-style' Hindi) to make these posters feel like they actually belong on a WhatsApp Status in Tier 2/3 India.
I’ve actually built a one-page teardown on how this 'Contextual AI' can turn Kaagaz into an irreplaceable "AI Business Assistant" for Bharat.

Next3 Offload
This looks like a very practical tool for time-strapped solopreneurs, especially those relying heavily on WhatsApp and local reach. The no-edit, instant design approach is refreshingly simple, but curious, is there any plan to allow light customization in future (like changing colors or adding a logo) without making it complex? That might offer a good balance between speed and personalization.

@shahriardgm Hey Shahriar, thanks for thr amazing feedback! Yes we are thinking to introduce some little customisation in the future.
Also, if you have any set colour theme in mind - you can put it in the prompt initially and it should work.
This was build on the hypothesis that small businesses need something quickly to share but yes we may get little editing soon :))
