Hi guys, we started as two frustrated people that had applied for jobs every day, day in and day out applying for hundred's of job listings, scouring websites, customising resumes and cover letters for each of them. With a slim chance of getting one.
The fatigue, frustration, tears and desperation was real. the job market is a blood bath, opportunities are so competitive. Applications get more detailed, comprehensive and longer.
Then a light bulb moment.
We swipe to show preferences. In dating apps we swipe right, we shoot our shot.
Simple. Tyran was born from that very idea : An agentic AI web app to find and display jobs you might like (Based on filters) , and helps you apply for them if you swipe so.
Then more ideas : Upskilling. AI proofing your skill sets. Connecting with applicants. Referral hunting & cold emailing using AI. We wanted an all inclusive functionality for TyranAI.
