Tried to upload document. but says: "An error occurred while uploading the files. Filenames must be unique."

Thank you for trying out our product and for bringing this error to our attention! I'm sorry you encountered this issue while uploading your document.
The error message suggests you might be trying to upload a file with the same name as one that already exists in the system. Here are a few quick solutions:
1. Try renaming your file before uploading
2. If you're trying to replace an existing file, you can delete the old one first
3. Some users have found that adding a version number to filenames (like "document_v2.pdf") works well

@danieleoo Thanks for your answer, but that was the first document I tried to upload, makes no sense that it would conflict with documents from other users, why don't you just add an ID unique to each user to the file names internally?
@konrad_sx You're absolutely right - that error shouldn't happen with your first upload, and your suggestion about unique IDs is spot on!
I've investigated further and discovered this was actually a specific file handling error that affected certain document uploads during our launch.
The system is now fully operational, and I've reset all usage credits for everyone affected. We'll also be implementing your suggestion about adding unique user IDs to the file handling system in our next update.
