"Chat with PDF" software is garbage, since you don't actually read the logical flow of content. So I built a reading assistant, where you can simplify complex portions of text as you read through them, with citations. I've been using this to read ML papers.

🤦🏾♂️After a role-change at work, I suddenly had to read a lot more arXiv papers and dense articles. None of the ai pdf readers or summarizers were cutting it, since I'd often miss some important context.
👨🏾💻So, I created Rabbit Reader! Rabbit is like Cursor, but for reading. It lets you select text in a paper/article/anywhere in your browser, and you can get immediate insights, with Sources!
🐇This means you can rabbit-holethrough the sources directly, and and skip the endless loop of googling, asking chatgpt, finding more articles etc.
💡We use the most powerful models (o1, sonar reasoning pro, 4o, sonar reasoning) so that you can get the best answers and move through complicated reading faster.
