@masump Thanks! It is an extremely quick setup (<1 min) to get a campaign up and running based on a research objective that you provide. Elzo generates relevant questions instantly (powered by Claude Sonnet 3.5) that you can edit and then creates a chat link that you can share with your users/prospects. And after the Elzo bot has had several 1:1 conversations, you get summarized insights in your dashboard that you can use to refine your product/go-to-market! Would love your feedback :)

Very cool! Curious, how long do the user conversations with Elzo bot usually last? I wonder how they compare to traditional surveys in terms of engagement, completion, depth of insights, etc. I imagine many users appreciate the conversational nature of the interaction and thus share more and engage for a longer time - much more interesting than taking a survey!

@dennis_jiang2 Thanks Dennis! So typically right now, it is 5 primary questions with 3-4 follow-ups by default (which is ~10 mins) but you can adjust the number of primary questions during the campaign setup. We want to then show you an estimate of the completion time based on the number of primary questions you have (and the user is shown this too before the chat begins). And great question in terms how they compare to traditional surveys, we still need a little more data to conclusively determine how much better in terms of engagement/completion/depth of insights but in our pilots so far completion rates are much higher and users seem to prefer the experience to a static form. As for the campaign creator, it saves them a lot of time and effort to get a campaign going (30 mins -> ~5 mins) and the insights being summarized across all conversations is very useful to code responses faster.
