Meet 4todo: a clean task manager built around the Eisenhower Matrix. Its core philosophy is restraint, clarity and simplicity. The goal is always to focus on what truly matters. You categorize tasks into four quadrants, adjust priorities as needed, set up recurring tasks, and keep everything organized within separate workspaces. It works especially well for personal use and pairs nicely with AI agents to help with planning and execution. Reclaim your time. Give 4todo a try.

Hi everyone 👋 I just launched 4to.do, a simple to-do list based on the Eisenhower Matrix. It helps you figure out what really matters, focus on important tasks, and actually get things done. I built it for myself because I wanted a way to manage personal projects, team tasks, and multiple priorities without clutter or unnecessary features. It’s clean, simple, and designed to stay out of your way while keeping your work organized. You can create tasks, set priorities, and quickly see what needs attention. I tried to make it flexible so it works for different types of projects and workflows. I’m curious how other people organize their tasks. Do you prefer one long list, multiple lists, or some other method? I’d love to hear your thoughts, ideas, or anything you think could make it better. I’m just getting started and want to make something useful for anyone who struggles to stay on top of their tasks.
