@qaunainm not yet. Hubspot don't provide API for their Livechat. There's one option for Enterprise customers to call webhook from a chat action that can call our API, but it is still far from elegant solution we've built from workflows. When they open API, we'll definitely work on Chat/Conversations Inbox integration as well, there're lots of ideas there - from live chat answers based on fine tuned (trained AI model) to summarizing Hubspot chat and call transcripts.
