Sam Health is one place for life with a chronic condition, instead of several apps and a paper diary. Dedicated programs for 8 conditions, including high blood pressure, migraine, asthma and hay fever, plus a diary, medication reminders and reports for 20+ more. Sam reads what your Apple Watch already records, shows what changed against your own normal, and turns the months since your last visit into a report for your doctor. New: Sam's own Apple Watch app.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I'm the solo founder of Sam Health, and I have asthma. For years it got worse and I couldn't say why, and at every appointment I could only remember last week. I started to manually keep track of my symptoms, medication and context - and we could finally see my patterns. In that moment: Sam got born (at least the idea).
Sam is one place for life with a chronic condition:
Programs for 8 conditions: asthma, hay fever, high blood pressure, migraine, epilepsy, panic disorder, gout and acid reflux, with the questionnaires doctors use, like MIDAS for migraine.
Support for 20+ more conditions: no dedicated program yet, but the symptom diary, medication reminders, health records and 30-day programs for sleep, stress and movement still help you look after it.
Medications and reminders: everything you take, one reminder per dose time, imported from Apple Health.
Symptoms: log a symptom in a few taps, and over time see long-term trends and possible triggers.
Doctor report: the months since your last visit in one report, key figures first, to share or print.
Health records: labs, letters and scans, ready when your doctor asks.
Family & Friends: let a partner, parent or carer see exactly what you choose, revocable anytime.
Also in the app: cycle logging, + Sleep and Stress analysis
New this week: Sam has its own Apple Watch app, so it now lives on your wrist too.
A few honest notes: Sam is a wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, and the figuring out still happens with your doctor, like it did for me. Health data is handled under GDPR.
I would love your feedback on two things:
If you or someone close to you lives with a chronic condition: what is still missing for you?
Does the doctor report look like something you would actually bring to an appointment?
Thanks for stopping by, and take care!
Love how this would make it much easier on people with chronic diseases to have the app follow their health instead of stressing about it all day!
