Desk gives each task in your product a help article, and a link your customers follow one step at a time: in a guided session, or without sharing their screen (Desk Lite). Free each month: 3 help articles, 10 Desk Lite sessions and 3 guided sessions, no card.

Hi everyone, I'm Ragul, and I built Alongrail Desk on my own.
Desk is for the people who answer "how do I…?" questions at a software company, or at any business whose customers or partners work in its dashboard:
• Help articles: you do a task once in your product, and Desk writes the help article, with a screenshot of every step. Download it, or copy it as HTML or Markdown.
• A link for your customers, which helps them in two ways. With Desk Lite, they see one step at a time with no screen sharing, and it works on a phone; if they're stuck, they type a question or paste a screenshot, and Desk answers from your own article. On a computer, the steps sit in a small window on top of their screen, which they can move, minimise or expand. In a guided session, they share their screen, and each next step is worked out from what's actually there. They do every click themselves; Desk never clicks for them.
Free each month: 3 help articles, 10 Desk Lite sessions and 3 guided sessions, no card. You can try both ways on our own product from alongrail.com/desk, without signing up to start.
It's new, and I'd be very grateful for honest feedback, especially on two things: which of your help articles would you try first, and what would stop you from sending a guided link to your own customers?
I'll read and answer every comment. Thank you for taking a look.
