Godmode turns your Claude subscription into a team of AI coworkers that do computer work end to end in your own browser and apps: emails, invoices, spreadsheets, shop orders. Tell it the job in plain words. A local vault fills passwords, 2FA codes and passkeys without the AI seeing them. Schedules, app events, webhooks, a task board, approvals and phone calls. Mac, Windows, Linux, web and phone. Open source (MIT); the official app is free for 7 days, no card.

Hey everyone, Daniel here.
I run Codext, a small Shopify agency in Germany. A lot of our daily work isn't hard, it's just stuck behind logins: supplier portals, store admins, ad accounts, invoice downloads, all with 2FA. ChatGPT or Claude can write the text, but someone still has to log in, click around and paste it over. Usually me.
So I built Godmode. It's a desktop app that turns your Claude subscription into AI coworkers. You tell one the job in plain words and it does it in its own browser with your logins: emails, invoices, spreadsheets, shop orders. Passwords, 2FA codes and passkeys come from a local vault and get typed straight into the page, so the AI never sees them. Agents can run on a schedule or when an email comes in, show you what they're doing on a task board, and ask you on your phone before anything important goes out.
We posted it here once in September, but back then it was really a tool for developers. What changed since:
- it's built for anyone who works at a computer, not just devs
- the official app is free for 7 days, no card
- Android app on Google Play
- passkeys and phone calls
At Codext about 40 of these agents now do our busywork: sales follow-ups, supplier invoices, store checks, social post drafts.
Honest limits: some captchas and banking apps that confirm logins on your phone still need you. And lots of agents use a good chunk of your Claude limits.
It's open source (MIT), so you can build it yourself for free. The official app is $39/month after the free week, and today is the last day of that founding price (it goes up to $59 tomorrow).
What's the first job you'd hand off? I'm around all day and reply to everything.
