Meet Sunlight Diary, a personal cheerleader based on daily sunlight target. Our AI agent helps you choose a daily sunlight goal, get a suggested outdoor routine, record your time outside, and check in with how you feel. Louie is your companion along the way. Try it in your phone's browser — no wearable needed.
It s about 8 minutes old. Sunlight takes roughly 8 minutes and 20 seconds to travel from the Sun to Earth.
Daylight is a rainbow in disguise. A prism or raindrops can split sunlight into its spectrum of colors.
You can see the Sun before it actually rises. Earth s atmosphere bends light, making the Sun appear above the horizon while it s still slightly below it.
Blue skies come from scattered sunlight. Air molecules scatter blue light more strongly than red light, spreading it across the sky.
Some places get daylight for months. Near the poles, the Sun can stay above the horizon for weeks or months during summer the midnight sun.
Hi Product Hunt! I’m Bruce, part of the team building Looove.
We’re building a personal wellness agent for people with demanding days and little time for themselves.
For this first release, we’re starting small: making time outside and checking in with how you feel. Sunlight Diary lets you choose a goal, get a suggested outdoor routine, record outdoor sessions, and revisit your check-ins—with Louie alongside you.
You can try it in your browser without buying a wearable. This is the first piece of Looove; the broader app, with conversation, personal memory, and timely check-ins, is still in development.
We’d love feedback on the everyday details: does the routine fit your schedule? Is checking in useful? What would make you come back tomorrow?

Thanks for taking a look. We’re here for your questions and feedback! ;)

Hey Hunters and Makers! Candice here from the Looove team. I just wanna share a personal story about why I'm building this product.
I’ve had anemia for seven years. Every year, I get iron injections, but I’ve barely kept track of how I actually feel between treatments.
When you live with something for that long, “I’m fine” becomes an automatic answer. It gets harder to remember what a good day felt like, or explain what’s changed.
That’s why we’re starting Daylight with a diary as our first MVP: a place to pause, check in with yourself, and put your everyday health into words. My belief is that better health technology starts with listening. Before we build more, we want to help people notice and tell their own stories.
When we set out to build Looove—a personal proactive agent for personal wellness—we realized people constantly overlook the most powerful daily reset we have: sunlight.
Fun fact: Sunlight actually stimulates serotonin (your feel-good hormone) directly through specialized cells in your eyes, setting your circadian clock and boosting mood far beyond what indoor lighting can do.
Today, we’re letting the sunlight out of the bag and launching our very first feature: Sunlight Diary
It’s designed to help you track, optimize, and build a frictionless daily light exposure routine so you can sleep better and stay energized.
Give Sunlight Diary a try today! We’d love to hear your feedback, feature ideas, or chat about circadian health below. (And drop a comment if you want another surprising sunlight fun fact! 😉)
I’ve always loved going for walks, but building Sunlight Diary made me realize how important daylight is for my health.
We want to help more people understand those benefits and make it easier to put that into practice: find a good spot for a walk and get guidance on how long to spend outside, based on local conditions and UV levels.
We hope Sunlight Diary helps you make daylight part of your everyday routine. Give it a try and let us know how it works for you—we’d love your feedback as we keep improving it.
