Optime runs quietly in the background on Windows. It ends programs you don't need, trims startup apps, clears junk and keeps you online, and writes down the reason for everything it does. It lowers the priority of CPU-heavy apps instead of killing them, never touches core Windows processes, switches to your phone hotspot if Wi-Fi drops, and alerts you when your battery hits 100%. Tools like Process Lasso are powerful, but they hand you a wall of processes and expect you to decide. Most people don't want to make those decisions. They just want the laptop to stay fast.

- Heavy CPU apps get lowered in priority instead of being killed
