A customer has a question while you're away from your desk. Who answers? I built Make Agent Fast to help small businesses handle those conversations without taking on a custom development project.
Start with your website and business documents, then choose a job: general assistance, sales and enquiries, customer service, or booking. Review the knowledge, set the agent's boundaries, and test its answers before adding it to your existing website or connecting a supported messaging channel.
The agent can answer questions from your business knowledge, capture enquiries, and hand conversations to a person. Review conversations and usage in one dashboard, update the knowledge, and improve the experience as you learn what customers need. Supported channels include Telegram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Discord, and KakaoTalk; channel access and voice features depend on your plan.
Owner control matters to me: what information the agent uses, what it is allowed to do, and when a person should step in. Start with one role and one channel, then expand after testing it with real customer questions.
