MinuteSwap is an AI action-closure engine for founders and small businesses. Instead of endless chats, it turns one blocker into one decisive next move, then nudges you to act. Its Advice Meter detects decision avoidance, Focus Gate stops overthinking, and My Moves, MinuteScore and Impact tracking show whether advice became real-world action.
I built MinuteSwap because I kept noticing the same problem with AI tools: getting an answer was easy, but actually doing something with it was much harder.
It’s very easy to ask another question, compare another option, rewrite the prompt, and convince yourself you’re making progress when you may just be delaying the decision.
MinuteSwap started from a simple idea: one problem, one move, real progress in real-world.
You bring one business blocker. MinuteSwap gives you one focused next move, a first action you can take immediately, and then encourages you to leave and do it rather than stay inside an endless chat.
While building it, the idea evolved beyond just “short AI advice.” I added the Advice Meter, which can detect when you’re repeatedly circling the same decision. After too many reconsiderations, MinuteSwap will actually tell you: “You’re no longer looking for information. You’re delaying the decision.”
It also tracks your Moves, follow-through, outcomes, reported impact and MinuteScore, so success isn’t measured by how long you spend in the app — it’s measured by what you actually complete outside it.
I’d genuinely love feedback from founders, freelancers and small-business owners, especially on one question: does MinuteSwap help you make a decision you would otherwise have kept overthinking?
