Foliosio is a customer support helpdesk for solo founders. You merge live chat and email into one inbox. AI drafts replies based on your tone. You publish a knowledge base in minutes. Repetitive questions stop eating your time. Support data feeds back into product decisions. Lightweight and malleable. It bends to how you work. Built for founders shipping alone.
Hey Product Hunt — I'm the founder of Foliosio.
I started building Foliosio around a simple problem: when you're a solo founder, customer support doesn't belong to a support team. It belongs to you.
You're building the product, fixing bugs, talking to users, handling distribution. Support work runs parallel to all of it. You're checking an inbox between everything else.
Most helpdesks assume a support team exists. I built Foliosio assuming the opposite: one person. One inbox.
It brings live chat and email together, gives AI three levels of autonomy (off, draft, or auto), lets you build a knowledge base and automations, and surfaces recurring topics and product signals from conversations.
The real goal: remove support work from your plate while keeping what matters. You need to know what customers are telling you. You don't need to spend hours answering the same question.
I've been running Foliosio on Foliosio while building it. That exposed bugs I wouldn't have caught otherwise. Foliosio support runs on Foliosio.
This is the first public version, actively being built. If you're a solo founder handling support today, I need to know: what's eating your time, and what part do you actually want to skip?
