SeenOnMain turns your leads into booked jobs: instant call and text alerts, plus AI follow-up on the ones you miss, for 14 days (Day 1, 3, 7, 14), not just one email. Built for home service trades: plumbers, electricians, HVAC, roofers, and more. Not a CRM, works alongside Jobber or Housecall Pro. If we don't catch a lead you'd have otherwise missed in your first 30 days, that month is free.
Tomorrow we're launching SeenOnMain on Product Hunt.
We built SeenOnMain around a simple problem: a homeowner fills out a service business's website form, and then the business may not respond quickly enough.
Hey, I'm David, I built SeenOnMain.
This started because I kept hearing the same story from home service business owners: they were losing jobs not because their work was bad, but because they were under a sink or on a roof when the phone rang, and by the time they called back, the homeowner had already booked the next guy.
So I pulled data before I built anything. I audited 1,965 real home service business websites (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, roofers, landscapers, and more) and found only 18% could even text a lead back. Almost nobody was set up to catch what they were already missing.
The first version of SeenOnMain was just a mini-website builder. That wasn't the real problem, so I rebuilt it around the actual gap: the moment between a lead reaching out and someone answering. Now, the second someone calls or fills out a form, the business owner gets an instant call and text, so they can pick up live even mid-job. If they can't, AI follows up by email for 14 days (Day 1, 3, 7, 14), worded fresh every time, not a templated drip. A quote request gets its own faster sequence too: an AI-written proposal within minutes.
It's not a CRM and doesn't replace Jobber or Housecall Pro. It runs alongside whatever a business already uses.
I set up and manage every account myself. There's a 30-day guarantee: if SeenOnMain doesn't catch at least one lead a business would've otherwise missed, that month is free.
Would love feedback, especially from anyone who runs a service business and has felt this exact pain.
