I build SeenOnMain, an AI assistant for local service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, roofers, and similar trades) that catches leads the moment they come in. The problem is simple: most small businesses lose jobs not because they did bad work, but because they were on a job site and missed the call, or a web form sat unread for two days while the customer moved on to whoever answered first. SeenOnMain calls and texts the owner instantly when a lead comes in, and follows up automatically over the next two weeks so nothing falls through the cracks. I care about building things that actually help people who are too busy running a business to also run their marketing.
