Hi PH 👋 I'm Nick, a Linux systems engineer from Geneva. SOKKAN started as the internal cockpit running our own products (~30 commits/week across 9 parallel Claude Code sessions). The bottleneck was never the model — it was memory: every new session started ignorant of what the previous ones had learned. So we made "check the memory" the spawn ritual itself: a kanban card becomes a session that has already searched your project notes before it types a single command. Three things we care about: - Human-in-the-loop by construction — nothing irreversible without a click. - Your memory is plain markdown you own — no lock-in, it works with what Claude Code already writes. - European sovereignty for real — self-host it (Apache-2.0), or our managed version runs on Swiss infrastructure with a dedicated private network per customer.
