Why I built it

Talking to job seekers and recruiters, I kept hearing about two gaps:

1. Candidates repeat the same story on every screening call. "Are you open to remote?" "What's your notice period?" "Tell me about a project." Twenty calls, the same twenty answers.

2. Recruiters drown in PDFs. Hundreds of CVs per role, and the one detail they need (time zone, start date, that one project) is buried on page two or missing.

For remote hiring across countries it's worse. A recruiter in Toronto and a candidate in Dhaka have a 10-hour gap, so one simple question can take a full day to answer.

So I built one link that answers recruiters while you sleep.

• You approve every section before anything goes live

• Get your own link, yourname.chatfolio.chat, to put on LinkedIn, your CV and your email signature

• Recruiters can book a Google Meet with you in hours that suit both time zones

• Search candidates by role, skill, start date and work type (remote, hybrid or onsite)

• See how many working hours you share with each candidate before you reach out

• Ask anything a screening call would cover. Every answer shows which part of the CV it came from

• Book a call in one click. No account needed to start chatting

What I promise

• Your chatfolio only answers from sections you approved. If it doesn't know, it says so and suggests a call. It never guesses

• Salary, phone number and reason for leaving stay private unless you switch them on
