Nex builds and runs the complex, high-volume GTM workflows that general-purpose agents struggle with. Built by ex-HubSpotters who ran its three largest customer platforms and backed by HubSpot founder Dharmesh Shah.
Hey PH 👋 I'm Nazz, co-founder and CEO of Nex.
Francisco (my co-founder/CTO) and I spent years at HubSpot running its three largest customer platforms. Francisco was the 4th person on the team that built HubSpot's CRM, and took the fight to Salesforce. Together, we saw the same thing over and over: GTM teams have messy, high-volume workflows, from prospecting thousands of leads to qualifying them to cleaning up a million CRM records to re-engaging lost deals.
General-purpose agents choke on this. If you try to run these workflows at scale through a general-purpose agent today, you'll hit limits immediately and still fail.
So we built Nex, where you can build and execute the high-volume GTM workflows that general-purpose agents struggle with.
One example: on a single onboarding call, Nex audited thousands of records in a customer's HubSpot and started fixing the bad data before the call was even over.
We launched 2 weeks ago and became the more viral launch of the batch: https://lnkd.in/p/e6fJijuv.
HubSpot's founder, Dharmesh Shah, also backs us.
We'd genuinely love your feedback. Try it at nex.ai and tell us what workflow you'd throw at it first. We'll be in the comments all day answering everything. 🙏
@suryansh_tiwari2 thanks. real-world use cases are where Claude Cowork and the likes break because they were built for general knowledge work on a user's machine, not for a team's production workflow. ask it to cleanup across 100k CRM records and it fails dramatically. with us, a customer ran their HubSpot CRM audit over their onboarding call and started deploying fixes.

This feels like a pretty natural evolution of AI in sales less chat with an agent more actually run the workflow. Congrats on the launch!
@charles_warren2 thanks Charles. we deliberately don't use the word agent in our product as well because GTM operators care about outcomes and want to build workflows. Agents don't matter

GTM workflow can get surprisingly messy at scale. like the focus on handling the high volume repetitive stuff that general purpose agents tend to struggle with. Curious to see how Nex performs in real world sales teams.

This looks really interesting...especially the high-volume GTM workflows. Excited to see how Nex performs in real-world use cases!
Congrats on your launch @najmuzzaman
