Hi Product Hunt. I'm Joel, and I built Mantyl because I kept shipping AI-assisted projects I could not honestly vouch for. The client asks what they are actually getting, and "the agent says it works" is not an answer. Mantyl reads your repository and your coding-agent history, re-runs the setup and checks in a clean Docker sandbox, and compiles it all into a project passport. Every claim is labelled by who proved it: agent said, repository shows, or Mantyl verified. Your client runs one command, npx mantyl receive, and reproduces the proof themselves. The part I trust most: Mantyl is verified with itself. During development its own passport caught an undocumented environment variable and a claim the code did not back up, and the passport on the homepage is a real self-run, not a mockup. The CLI is free forever, local-first, no account, no telemetry. Hosted passports are free during launch. The signed Mantyl Verified accreditation is a one-off from £19 when a delivery needs it. Launching Tuesday: a project passport for AI-built software

I ship AI-assisted projects to people who cannot read the code, and "the agent says it works" never felt like an honest handover. So I built Mantyl: a free local-first CLI that reads your repo and your coding-agent history, re-runs the checks in a clean Docker sandbox, and compiles a passport your client can independently re-verify with one command.

The passport on the homepage is a real self-run: Mantyl verified its own repository at every milestone, and caught its own undocumented env var doing it.
