I built FRICTION because we often know a workflow is inefficient, but we don't know exactly where the problem is or what to automate. FRICTION lets you describe a workflow, use voice input, or upload a screenshot/diagram. It then analyzes the workflow, identifies bottlenecks, estimates time and cost wasted, calculates potential ROI, and recommends automation opportunities. I built this as part of a hackathon, and this is the first version I'm putting out into the world.
