Three months ago I admitted my brain couldn't keep up. Too many parallel projects — and every context switch wiped my memory.
So I built Sillon: you capture messy voice notes whenever thoughts show up, and it merges them into one living brief per subject — decisions, open points, next actions — instead of another pile of transcripts.
What makes it different:
• Merge, not transcribe: each capture updates the subject's brief
• You validate every change — the AI never writes on its own
• iPhone (voice, shared meeting recordings) and now desktop (drop a recording, paste a transcript), or paste a YouTube / Claap link — the transcript is fetched for you
• Briefs live in a git-versioned markdown vault; plug them into Claude/ChatGPT via MCP
• Built in the EU: European models, audio purged after processing
