Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Evan. I’m a Tech Lead and part of the hiring team at a large organization. Over the years I’ve reviewed hundreds of CVs and interviewed many candidates. One pattern kept bothering me: capable people were often hidden behind cluttered layouts, generic summaries, and documents that made their real strengths hard to find.
I also know the other side. I’ve applied to dozens of positions myself, and every application meant another CV copy, another job description in a tab, and another attempt to remember which version I sent. Candid grew out of that frustration from both sides of the table.
The idea is simple: keep one rich Career Profile as your source of truth, then create a focused workspace for each opportunity.
