Woes is an API-native support workspace for teams helping developers. It unifies live chat, email, Discord, API docs, authenticated endpoint testing, and a grounded AI agent in one inbox. Unlike generic help desks, Woes answers from workspace-scoped API context—including auth rules, schemas, examples, and known product behavior—then cites its evidence, asks for missing details, or hands off to a human instead of guessing.
What did GPT-5.6 Sol, Terra and Luna unlock that made your launch possible?

GPT-5.6 through Codex gave me the leverage to take Woes from a broad product vision to a launch-ready platform as a solo maker. Sol handled deep, multi-file reasoning across billing, onboarding, authentication, tenant boundaries, ingestion, live chat, email, Discord, and the grounded support agent. Terra made rapid UI iteration, copy refinement, test repair, and release checks practical. Most importantly, GPT-5.6 could hold the whole system in context while tracing real request and data paths, then pair changes with targeted tests and independent review. That let me move quickly without turning Woes into a fragile AI demo: the product still grounds answers in workspace-scoped evidence, redacts credentials, cites sources, and hands off when confidence is low. Codex and GPT-5.6 also helped harden the live Stripe flow and prepare this Product Hunt launch. It compressed weeks of engineering and launch work into an iteration loop I could operate as a solo founder.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Christopher, the maker of Woes.
I built Woes because developer support rarely fits inside a generic ticket. A real question can involve an endpoint, auth rule, payload, webhook, SDK, and a half-working integration—while the useful context is scattered across docs, Postman, Discord, email, and someone’s memory.
Woes brings that work into one API-native support workspace. Teams can ingest their API context, handle live chat, email, and Discord in one inbox, test authenticated endpoints safely, and let a grounded AI agent answer from workspace evidence. When the evidence is weak, it clarifies or hands off instead of inventing an answer.
I’d love your feedback on the grounding, operator workflow, and where developer-support teams still lose the most time. Thanks for checking out Woes!
