Speech-to-text is great until you read what it wrote: wrong words, garbled phrases, repeated sentences. Most AI cleanup tools "fix" this by rewriting everything into polished corporate English — which no longer sounds like you. Still Your Words cleans up messy dictation while keeping your own words. Two modes: Balanced and Polished. Every correction is a clickable mark — skim the changes and click any one to keep your original wording.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋
English is my second language, and I journal by dictating. Every tool I tried "improved" my entries until they didn't sound like me anymore — my "There is a boy who was the caretaker" became "The boy worked as a caretaker." Grammatically nicer, but that's not how I tell stories.
So I built the proofreader I wanted: it fixes what's actually wrong (grammar, wrong-meaning words, transcription garbage) and leaves my voice alone. The part I'm proudest of is the changes view — every edit is clickable, so you stay the editor of your own words.
It's free while I learn what people need. I'd love to hear what almost stopped you from using it — that's the feedback that helps most.

the clickable marks are such a smart move, basically turning the cleanup into something you can audit instead of just trusting. really respects the writer in a way most ai tools completely ignore

The clickable corrections idea is genuinely clever — it's such a simple way to let people stay in control without slowing them down. Love that it doesn't just steamroll your voice into generic AI polish.

The clickable marks for each correction are such a thoughtful touch. It treats cleanup like a conversation instead of a takeover, which is exactly the kind of craft that respects how people actually want to write.
