Agentda is task management without a task UI — on purpose. Your AI agent is the interface: it captures commitments from conversation, prioritizes your day, sets follow-ups, and delegates — to teammates or to ANY email address. External people get a task link by email: no account, no app, guests are always free. Every task keeps a complete, immutable history, so your agent answers "what's the status?" without pinging humans. Connect via MCP in two minutes. EU-hosted, built for teams.
Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I built Agentda because every task tool fails at the same point: you have to go there. The todo app becomes another inbox you avoid.
So Agentda has no task UI — on purpose. You talk to your AI agent (Claude, or any MCP client): "What's on my plate?" — and it knows. It spots commitments in your conversations and offers to capture them (never creating anything without your confirmation), sets follow-ups that resurface on the right day, and delegates with a stated reason — acceptance is enforced, so nothing fizzles out.
My favorite part is the guest trick: delegate to ANY email address. The recipient gets a link, sees exactly that one task, can accept, comment, and complete it — or simply reply to the email, which lands as a comment in the task's history. No account, no app, guests are free forever.
Under the hood: remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP + OAuth), every task an immutable event log, EU-hosted, workspace = your email domain.

I'd love your feedback — especially: what would make YOU trust an agent to run your task list? Happy to answer everything here all day.
