NutriStack is a supplement tracker and interaction checker built on real evidence. See where your supplements and meds interact, scan and grade products, and ask an AI that answers from a cited research database, not the open internet.

Hey Product Hunt π
I'm Ben, and I built NutriStack alongside my Medical School roomate Drew Gassen.
A few years into taking a real stack of supplements, I couldn't answer a basic question: is any of this working against itself? Most supplement apps are great at logging what you take and stop there. None told me whether two things interacted, or whether the research behind them was actually any good.
So I built the app I wanted:
π Interaction checker β add your supplements and medications and see where they interact or work in synergy, in plain language. This is the part most apps leave out.
π Scan and grade (new) β scan a large database of products and get an instant grade based on quality and the evidence behind them.
π€ Ask the AI (new) β an assistant that answers from NutriStack's own cited research and interaction database, not the open web.
π Backed by research β thousands of supplements and studies with real citations and evidence grades you can check yourself.
It's for information, not medical advice, and I've kept every claim tied to a source.
On iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/nu...
I'd genuinely love feedback, especially on the interaction results and where the evidence feels thin. I'm here all day reading every comment. What would make you trust an interaction checker enough to actually rely on it?
Thanks for taking a look π

Scanned a couple of supplements i take and honestly didn't expect the interaction warnings to be so on point, already showed me something i should probably ask my doctor about.

Love the cited research angle, that's huge for trust. One thing I'd love is a meal planner that shows nutrient totals against what's already in your stack, so I can see when food covers what I'm supplementing and avoid redundancy.
