The native Salesforce piece is great for keeping everything in one place. One thing that would make it even better is a built-in voicemail drop library with merge tags pulled from Salesforce fields, so reps can leave personalized voicemails in one click instead of recording the same message over and over for each prospect.
The click-to-call straight from Salesforce is such a time saver, no more tab hopping during live calls. Transcripts showing up on the lead record automatically was a nice surprise too.
Click to call from the lead record saved me at least a dozen tab switches today, and the auto logged notes were surprisingly accurate on the first call.
would love to see a built-in coaching feature that flags calls where agents talk over each other or miss key qualification questions, then suggests specific coaching tips right inside the Salesforce record.

The fact that it logs calls and sentiment straight into Salesforce without a third-party tab open is a really thoughtful build choice. Feels like it was designed by people who actually live in that CRM all day.
