Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Flo, solo-building Velyr from Germany.
The idea came from a frustration. Every "AI for conversion" tool I tried gave me a dashboard full of suggestions and then left the actual work to me: reading the report, writing the code, testing it, shipping it. The tool was the easy part. I was still the one doing the job.
So I built the opposite. Velyr doesn't hand you advice, it ships the fix.
It reads your live data (scroll depth, rage clicks, Core Web Vitals, real screenshots), finds your single biggest conversion leak, writes the actual code, and sends it to you. Once a week by default, because the fixes get better the more data it has.
A few things I care about:
Nothing ships without you. The fix arrives in Telegram with the exact change and a real preview. One tap and it's live. There is no path where code reaches your site without your YES.
Receipts, not vibes. Every fix shows what the agent read, its confidence, and its blind spots. And when the data is too thin, it skips the week instead of guessing. An honest "no fix this week" is a feature.
Native to your workflow. On GitHub it opens a pull request. On Shopify it edits your live theme through write_themes, a protected scope Shopify only grants after manual review.
Auto-rollback. Every deploy is watched for 48h. If bounce jumps, Velyr proposes a revert on its own, one tap to undo.

It's early and I'd love honest feedback, especially from anyone running a store or a small SaaS. Most people's first reaction is "no way I'm letting an AI touch my live site", which is exactly why the whole thing is built around your approval, receipts, and a safety net. Curious whether that changes your mind. Roast it, ask me anything, I'll be here all day.
Love the auto-revert idea, that alone would make me trust it enough to try. One thing I'd want though is a Slack option alongside Telegram since my whole team lives there, would make approvals way smoother.
@berencamba28643 Slack has come up a few times now, so it's clearly on the radar. Not built yet, but coming soon.
Telegram came first because approvals usually happen on your phone, but a team channel is a fair point.
the auto revert if numbers drop is honestly the part that sold me, way less scary than letting an ai touch my store. it caught a checkout issue in my shopify in like two days
@suatsavcan Checkout issues are the ones that hurt most, since people who reach that step have basically decided to buy already. Glad the rollback made it feel less risky, that was the whole point of building it that way.
If you're running it on a store, I'd love to hear what the fix actually was. Always curious which leaks show up most often.
Used it for two weeks on my Shopify store and it actually caught a checkout step killing conversions. Approved the fix from Telegram and numbers went up the next day, wild.
@edanur1022026 Checkout is where it hurts most, since anyone who gets that far has basically decided to buy already. Glad the Telegram approval felt easy enough to actually use.

Finally something that does the fix instead of just dumping a chart on me. Had it catch a checkout step we were sleeping on and the auto-revert gave me enough trust to actually approve without hovering.
@erdalm26540 That framing is exactly why I built it that way. A chart tells you something is wrong and then leaves the actual work to you, which was the part that always frustrated me.
The "approve without hovering" bit is the goal, honestly. If you have to watch every deploy, it isn't saving you anything. Curious what the fix ended up being if you're running it on a store.
Love that the revert on drop is built right into the approval flow, not a buried setting. So many tools overpromise on AI fixes and leave you holding the bag when metrics tank.
@hatunnevruz Thank you. A rollback buried in settings only helps people who already noticed something broke, and by then you've lost a week of traffic. So Velyr watches the routes it touched for 48h and comes back to you on its own if bounce jumps.
The one thing I went back and forth on: should it just auto revert without asking? I landed on proposing it, because a dip isn't always the fix's fault. Curious what you'd prefer there.
