Think clinics, groomers, daycares, trainers, and other pet businesses that are constantly dealing with calls, emails, appointment requests, intake, reminders, follow-ups, and messy client messages. I don’t think AI should replace these teams. But I do think it can take a lot of the repetitive admin off their plate, structure the chaos, and help staff stay in control.
