Do you like coffee? But do you want better coffee? Describe the taste you want, and semantic search will match you with ~700 coffees from ~50 US roasters. It's free, no subscription. You also get roaster profiles, capsule picks, a recipe community, and brewing guides I write by hand, so you can find a coffee, understand it, and learn to brew it.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm a Korean developer based in SF, and I drink way too much specialty coffee. The problem: every roaster site makes you filter by origin or roast level, but that's not how I actually pick coffee. I pick by taste. "Something juicy and berry-forward" or "nutty and chocolatey."
So I built CoffeeByMe to search the way I think. You describe the flavor you want, and it matches you to specialty beans from US roasters using semantic search over real roaster data, not keyword tags.
What's under the hood:
- Titan embeddings for flavor-based semantic search
- Curated profiles from top US specialty roasters
- Matches are ranked based on how close they fit your palate
It's a solo project I've been building nights and weekends, so I'd love your honest feedback, especially on the search results. Try a weird flavor query and tell me if it nailed it (or didn't).
Thanks for checking it out ☕

the flavor-first search is such a smart way to onboard beginners instead of dumping origin charts on them. love that your brewing guides are hand-written rather than AI-generated boilerplate, it shows you actually know this stuff.
