Relvios is an autonomous AI customer support agent for teams receiving messages everywhere. Connect email, website chat, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, and webhooks into one support inbox. Add docs, FAQs, customer data, or product events so AI can answer, draft, route, create tickets, or escalate with human approval.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Lionel, founder of Relvios.
I built Relvios because customer support is now spread across too many places: email, website chat, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, forms, and webhooks.
Most small teams don’t just need another inbox. They need an AI agent that can understand messages, create tickets, draft replies, route issues, and escalate when a human is needed.
That’s what Relvios does.
You can connect your inboxes, add your knowledge sources, and choose how AI should work:
- Autonomous mode for safe support replies
- Human-in-the-loop mode for approval before sending
- One workspace to manage every inbox, ticket, and AI action
I’d love your feedback on the positioning, onboarding, and which integrations you’d want first.
Thanks for checking it out 🙏

The problem is real - support scattered across email, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, Instagram is genuinely painful for small teams. But this is an extremely crowded space: Tidio, Crisp, Front, Intercom, Freshdesk, and even newer entrants like Chatwoot all do omnichannel + AI drafts.
My main question is about the "autonomous" claim. Most tools in this category are actually AI-assisted (the agent drafts, a human approves before sending). True autonomy - where the AI sends without human review - requires very high confidence thresholds and is where things go wrong publicly.
What's the specific thing Relvios does better than Tidio or Crisp for a small team under 10 people? That's the comparison that matters most and I'm not seeing the wedge yet.
