Train it on your website, docs, or policies. Botme deploys an AI support agent that answers customers instantly, 24/7 in 90+ languages. Goes live in under 5 minutes. Beyond Q&A: it books meetings, captures leads, recommends WooCommerce products, and hands off to humans when needed. Every answer is grounded in your content with source citations. No hallucinations. Free to start.

This is a problem I’m thinking about a lot right now.
We’re building a product with a growing user base, and support is one of those things that can quickly become messy if answers are scattered across docs, policies, Discord, emails, and internal knowledge. So I really like the idea of training an agent on your actual content instead of letting it guess.
The part that matters most to me is trust. “No hallucinations” is a big promise in customer support, especially when pricing, account issues, or policies are involved.
Curious how Botme handles cases where the answer is not clearly available in the uploaded content. Does it refuse, ask for clarification, or hand off to a human automatically?
Also nice to see a Hungarian founder building in this space. Good luck with the launch! :)

@andrasczeizel Thanks for your comment!
Currently the user that sets up the chatbot can choose if he wants to let the bot create a support ticket or for the bot to just casually decline answering. We have very strict rules in the logic of it all, so the chances of hallucinations are at a minimum
