Hi, friends 🙋🏽♀️. Anna here, co-founder and CPO of Crates.
Honest moment, I have a fragrance collection my friends think is excessive, and a shoe habit I justify as “just looking.” I search and save things that gives me something interesting to look forward to, to discuss with my friends (and Claude because we’re totally friends.)
That’s actually why this product exists for me personally. Not as a founder, but as a user. The internet never reflected who I actually am. It reflects who an algorithm thinks I am based on what everyone else is doing.
Crates is the first time the internet has ever felt like mine. My things, my algorithm, my interests.
