Ringly is an iPhone alarm for chronic snoozers. Set a Wake Profile, check that tomorrow’s alarm is ready, then dismiss it with missions like math, typing, walking, shake, scan/photo proof, or memory. The goal is simple: make the sleepy autopilot path harder than actually waking up.

does it connect to smart watches to track sleep quality & duration? Also, I'm personally sound sensitive, especially mornings, so what's the selection of alarm sounds in the app ?
@naimz Thank you for the feedback, that’s a really good point.
Not yet on smartwatch sleep tracking, but I’ve already started working on it. The goal is to use Apple Watch / Health sleep context carefully, not as a gimmick.
Right now Ringly focuses on the alarm setup itself: making sure the alarm is ready, then making dismissal harder with missions if you tend to snooze automatically.
On sounds: I’m sound-sensitive too, so I don’t want the app to only be “louder = better.” There are softer tones, classic alarm/bell sounds, nature-style options, stronger wake sounds, and custom sounds. For sensitive mornings, I’d usually pair a calmer sound with a small mission instead of just using an aggressive alarm tone.
