BCC everything to track the pipeline is a clever UX trick — no change to how you already work. But what happens when a deal goes cold and you want to draft a follow-up? Does it pull the last email in that thread, or does it generate something from scratch using the deal context?
@sounak_bhattacharya the app currently auto generates replies with a specified cadence, but the user needs to copy and paste to send them. Currently the system connects to and monitors any gmail account, with Outlook in development currently. At the $69 tier, the system will monitor inboxes in full and create drafts to send for push button approval. Yes, same context specific to that quote and customer incoming email.
