I built VerrixAI solo over about a month because my parents kept asking me what their lease actually said, and I didn't have a good answer for people who don't have a lawyer on call.
What it does: upload a PDF, DOCX, or TXT contract. Get a summary, risk flags graded HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW, key obligations, and a plain-English rewrite. The original file never reaches a server. Only the extracted text does, capped at 60K characters.
