Hey everyone 👋 I'm Simon - a business/finance student with zero prior coding experience. I built PodShot because I was constantly losing insights from podcasts and YouTube. I'd hear something brilliant, think "I'll remember that" - and forget it by the next morning or cant find it again. The idea was simple: make capturing a moment as easy as sharing something on your phone. Two taps from any app → transcript + AI summary saved forever. I built this almost entirely with Claude AI and Expo/React Native as part of my master's thesis. First app I've ever shipped.
