Ever tried finding a file through Windows Start? It opens Edge and searches Bing. I built Yoki - a launcher that actually works. Hit Alt+Space and type what you need: - Find any app, file, or setting instantly - AI chat with 7 providers built-in (Pro) - Unit & currency converter (100 usd to eur) - Plugin marketplace - Control your PC by typing: brightness, volume, kill apps - Built with Go & React - fast launch, low RAM usage - 8 languages. Free to use, Pro at $4.99/mo

Hey everyone! I'm Ismail, solo developer behind Yoki.
I use a Mac for work and love Raycast - it completely replaced Spotlight for me. But when I switch to my Windows PC after work, the Start menu feels broken. Search for a file? Opens Bing in Edge. Search for a setting? Good luck scrolling.
I kept thinking "why doesn't Windows have something like Raycast?" - so I built it.
Yoki started as a simple launcher that I made for myself, but grew into a full productivity tool. The latest version (1.2) adds AI Chat with 7 providers - use free models (Gemini, Groq) or bring your own key for OpenAI, Anthropic, or run locally with Ollama.
I don't have a team, so I did everything by myself, from start to the latest version (designing, developing, testing, deployments, etc.). That's my first app.
What makes it different from PowerToys Run or Flow Launcher:
-> Built-in AI assistant, not just search
-> Clipboard history with images
-> Plugin marketplace (Spotify, bookmarks, color picker)
-> Timers, reminders, scheduler - all from the search bar
-> 8 languages out of the box
Built with Go + React - launches instantly, ~100 MB RAM
Free to use. Pro at $4.99/mo unlocks AI chat, macros, snippets, quick links, custom shortcuts, scheduler, and cloud sync.
