She runs a dumpling business in Miami — 14 restaurants, all managed with notebooks and WhatsApp. I built her an app where she just talks and it creates invoices. She saves almost a full day every week now (and spends it growing herbs and weightlifting). Then I realized: strip out the hardcoded business name and this is a generic small business platform. So I genericized it into 9 kits over 5 sessions and put them on Stripe. The whole shop runs on 3 serverless functions. $0/month infrastructure.
