I built YarnSaga because I kept hitting the same wall: describe a character in one AI tool, get a great image — ask for the same character in a different scene and get a completely different face.
That inconsistency makes it impossible to tell a visual story. So I built the character sheet system: describe your character once and they look the same in every single panel. Same face. Same style. Every time.
From there I added 20 art styles (manga, webtoon, Ghibli, noir, Arcane, Spider-Verse...), multi-panel page layouts, speech bubbles, and one-click publish to a shareable story link anyone can read without an account.
