How do you get the agent up to speed on a community's specific context like product docs, tone, past conversations? Is onboarding self-serve or does it require your team to configure it?

The onboarding it's self-serve.
About the community context, you can give your agent as much context / info as you want, (docs, info, websites...) and he'll use all that information, also the agent is able to read previous conversations and has memory. About the tone, thanks to HUMALIKE, the agent can process emotions and adapt to them, being able to always feel human, and social.

Good question, the agent works with our HUMALIKE infra, which already handles all of it. Also, each user can configure how their agent should behave / act in Dms.
