MindDory turns new words into lasting memory using smart spaced repetition and AI that adapts to how you learn. Unlike Duolingo (streaks over retention) or Anki (powerful but painful), MindDory handles everything once you add a word. ● Flashcard practice - right time, every time ● AI stories - your words in context ● Memory cues - hooks for hard words ● Smart notifications (soon) - notifies you right before you forget

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built MindDory because I kept hitting the same wall learning languages, vocabulary just wouldn't stick.
I tried Anki. The algorithm is great but the setup killed my motivation. And let's be honest, it feels like a tool from 2006. No modern UX, no mobile-first experience, just endless configuration before you can even start.
I tried Duolingo. Fun app, but it's really just a streak machine.
So I built MindDory. Here's how it works:
You add words you want to learn, that's it. Then MindDory gives you three ways to make them stick:
→ Spaced repetition flashcards - reviews at exactly the right time so words move into long-term memory
→ AI-generated stories - your words appear in context, in a short story built around them
→ Keyword association - for words that just won't stick, MindDory creates a memory hook that connects the word to something you already know
No deck building. No configuration. Just add words and let the app figure out the best way to make them stick.
I'm launching It because I want honest feedback, what's missing, what's confusing, what would make you actually use this every day.
Would love to hear from language learners especially. What's your biggest frustration with vocabulary apps right now?
