I kept running into the same problem:
copying emails into AI tools, re-uploading attachments, losing context…
But all of this already lives in email already.
So instead of moving work out of email, I built ByMail.
You forward an email → it handles the task → replies in the same thread.
It seems to work especially well for:
- long threads + attachments
- tasks that take time (no need to wait on a screen)
- simple back-and-forth tasks involving multiple people
